Hen Holidays at Durham Hens
Durham Hens offers a professional boarding service for chickens. We have Durham Hen Houses with spacious runs ready for our Hen Holiday visitors. They are situated in a peaceful woodland setting, which is ideal for chickens.
During their stay, we will provide your hens with clean water, food, watch over them with an experienced eye and lock them away at night. They will be fed on a top quality brand of layers pellets. And you can relax knowing that they are safe and well.
Demand for Hen Holidays is high so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Price
First week - £77
Each additional night - £7
The price includes accommodation in a Durham Hen House with a 3-metre run (which will house up to 8 medium-sized hens), food and everything else they need during their stay. Coops are thoroughly cleaned between guests. The minimum booking is for one week.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £35 to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due before or when you bring your hens.
If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, your deposit can be transferred to a future date, providing 14 days notice of cancellation is given.
Bringing and Collecting your Hens
Hens can be dropped off and collected during our 'click and collect' opening hours.
Main Season (March to October)
10 am to 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Winter Season (November to February)
10 am to 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
