After 14 wonderful years of offering Hen Holidays here at Durham Hens, we've made the tough decision to stop this service—for now.

Because of ongoing poultry lockdowns and restrictions on poultry gatherings, we have only been able to welcome hens to our premises sporadically for the past four years. Sadly, it’s not possible to keep this part of our business going under those circumstances.

We hope things change for the better in the future—and if they do, we’d love to bring back Hen Holidays!

In the meantime, we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with their hens and ducks over the years. It’s been an absolute pleasure.
